  • I am physically located in SE New Mexico, although I am frequently on the go. I provide services virtually across the United States.

  • Currently, I work with individuals who are 15 years of age or older. I also provide coaching to loved ones who are supporting someone with an eating disorder. If I am working with a minor, I require meeting with a carer at least 1 time a week for 15 minutes in addition to working with the minor.

  • After we decide to work together, we use the HIPAA-compliant platform to do all video sessions, 1:1 messaging, billing, and document sharing. We meet as often as we ongoingly discuss during our sessions together.

  • If you are in SE New Mexico and want to do meal or grocery exposures together in-person, absolutely. If not, no. All work is done virtually.

  • This is a great question. Because Perfectly Imperfect Healing is a business created out of love, I take on limited clients so I can offer them the support they deserve at a fee that makes sense for them. Price is never a barrier when working with me and it is always a conversation.

  • Our first appointment will be to review intake paperwork, confirm the release of informations are signed for your team, and create a safety plan that does not involve calling local emergency numbers. Lastly, work on setting here-and-now goals that you find important.

  • We discuss coaching timelines during the intake and consistently over the course of our work together. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to timelines. I like to work with clients for 6 months at a time based on need and finances. Over the course of 6 months, we can decrease or increase frequency or discuss continuing for 6 months or working towards graduating!

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document that is provided by all healthcare professionals to estimate the cost of services for the year. After we discuss the need, fees, and frequency, I will provide you with a good faith estimate of services.
